Dear EESTECers,
Have you come to love EESTEC so much you would like to spread the word and help others discover EESTEC? Do you ever feel like a prophet and want to exploit it? Worry not, my friend, here comes EA!!
First of all, board assistant is just a fancy name. We’re asking for people who are determined to contribute to EESTEC in any way. These are some of our tasks in EA department, and some ways you can help us with them:
– Expansion. Research, creation and activation of potential and current observers. Do you have friends in other universities (e.g. Erasmus)? Talk them into forming a new LC! Or help us motivate our observers to fully join our family!
– Relations with other associations and joint projects. Attend international events on behalf of EESTEC, get in contact and work with future EESTECers (because any non-EESTECers is a potential member!).
– Improvement and creation of guides, info material for the world outside EESTEC. Translate your motivation and experience into words, motivate and enlighten others!
Which can be summarized as: get new friends and colleagues, work with them and spread EESTEC spirit!!
As in previous years, the main focus for expansion this year will be on western/central Europe, so we will need as many contacts there as possible. If you have friends abroad, don’t hesitate to contact EA (even if you don’t want to become BA). However, we need and want to be open to all opportunities, so there will be a lot to do all over Europe. Our goal is to crowd our map with quality red markers!!
